These are in the tanks that feed our cutters. There wasn’t a lot of material on the shaft of the one, because production had cleaned them before I got there. We can have anything from small wire to bearing pieces attached to this when we check them. Also, we have installed two of the Y-strainers in the makeup oil lines to our fryers, in these we see a great deal of small pieces of our wire fryer belting that have been hidden in our piping for a long time

The Magnetic Scrubber now allows us to filter in both directions filtering out the particles finer than the 10 micron size that our standard filters are rated for. The real win here is the reduction to machine downtime. The frequency of filter related shutdowns have gone from 15-20 annually to ZERO. We have improved seal life, reduced operator exposure, and reduced disposable filter replacement costs. As you can see, the filter worked very well. The stainless element filtered out a huge volume of contamination, and the magnet also captured a decent amount of ferrous matter. The compressor itself is now in much better shape than it was before. There were very few contaminants left in the oil sump. Teflon oil tubes that were stained black before after a few hundred hours are now opaque white like they are suppose to be. We are very pleased with your filters

I’ve had zero failures of the fuel system components and the fuel system is still running well. I also changed the traditional paper filters every 100,000 miles / 160,000 km as a practice although replacement was not required, the pressure differential across the magnetic filter never exceeded 10 psi.

We installed an OEI Scrubber before the pump and there have been no further pump problems at all. We bought an extra pump with the expectation that the existing one would fail in October – just like all of the others for the last 8 years. We went to inspect the pump and normally there is a pool of water around it but this time the ground was dry. Not even one drop of leakage. Amazing.
